About The Founder

MOHINI SHARMA

Bachelors in Banking and Insurance and MBA in Business Strategy and Social welfare from Middlesex University London, UK. An educationist with 9 years of experience in managing and setting up educational institutes around Mumbai, Mohini Sharma has been actively involved in work relating to health, sanitation, women empowerment, and raising awareness for childhood cancer.

After winning the title of Mrs. India World 2016, Mohini Sharma started the Mrs. India Inc pageant with the vision of providing an extraordinary platform for married Indian women. In this 6th year, Mrs.India Inc has empowered hundreds of women in achieving their dreams.

Her organisation has been successful in winning the prestigious Mrs. World, Mrs. Galaxy, and Mrs. Globe People’s Choice award in addition to various international titles.

Niesa Kolakhe, our inaugural Mrs. Femme International 2024, brings a powerful blend of resilience, elegance, and authenticity to the global stage. From her roots in Nagaland to her journey in Mrs. India Inc Season 5, Niesa has broken barriers and redefined aspirations for women everywhere.

With a degree in computer science as her foundation, Niesa pursued her passion for fashion at the prestigious London College of Fashion, establishing herself as a sought-after fashion stylist. Her roles as a proud mother of two and a dynamic professional reflect her remarkable ability to balance family life with her ambitions.

Guided by her motto, “Stand tall in your truth, for the world moves when one person dares to rise,” Niesa empowers countless women to chase their dreams with determination and purpose.

As the first to hold this title, she exemplifies the courage to dream, inspiring countless women to pursue their goals with unwavering confidence and impact.
